WARRANTY
Under normal use, this product is warrantied for a lifetime against manufacturing defects by Grasp The Grip, LLC. Reasonable caution must be exercised when using the product, including reseting the resistance to its factory setting following  use. Grasp The Grip, LLC and its distributors assume no responsibility for injuries.

Grasp The Grip, LLC’s obligation is limited to repairing or exchanging any defective part(s) determined as such under normal use upon inspection. Most issues can be resolved by contacting us at 914-462-1412 or emailing marty@sportgrips.com.

This warranty is void if the product is left outdoors, submerged in liquid, or exposed to gritty materials such as chalk. The purchaser is responsible for shipping costs to Grasp The Grip, LLC for warranty repairs. Please include proof of purchase and a description of the issue. We recommend insuring your package as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

Grasp The Grip, LLC offers no other warranty, express or implied.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state.

NOTE: Purchases from unauthorized dealers/distributors void this warranty, including returns and exchanges.

  • Amazon Exclusive: Precise Movements (Warranty is void if purchased from anyone other than Precise Movements on Amazon)

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Important: Sales of blemished or “factory goof-up” items are final and not eligible for returns or exchanges. Some machine wear from production may occur such as scratches but will not impact the functioning of the product nor its lifetime warranty. This is a byproduct of using anodized aluminum following machination of the aluminum.

If the product you selected doesn’t meet your needs, contact us within 10 days of receipt by calling 914-462-1412 or emailing marty@sportgrips.com to arrange an exchange or refund.

All returns/exchanges must be:

  • In new condition
  • In the original packaging
  • Received within 10 days of purchase

Shipping Costs:

  • U.S. customers are responsible for return shipping.
  • International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis. Please email marty@sportgrips.com or call 914-462-1412 for more information.

Please allow 6–7 business days for returns or exchanges to be processed. Ensure your package is insured, as we are not responsible for lost shipments.

 Customer Agreement:
By purchasing this product, you agree to the following:

“I understand there is a risk of injury associated with using any SideWinder product. I will consult with my physician before starting any workout regimen. I hereby assume full responsibility for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred while using any SideWinder product. I waive all claims against Grasp The Grip, LLC, and its distributors for any injuries, claims, or damages.”

Customs Information:
Delivery may be delayed due to customs in your country. Custom fees are not included in the shipping fee. Grasp The Grip, LLC is not responsible for customs charges, taxes, or duties.
