Bent Arm Grip

  • Adjust the knob at the top of the Revolution 2.0 to the desired resistance.
  • Bend your elbows, keeping them close to the body while grasping the device with both hands.
  • Move your wrists on both hands as far as you can and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

STRAIGHT ARM GRIP

  • Adjust the knob at the top of the Revolution 2.0 to the desired resistance.
  • Lock your elbows and raise the arm to shoulder height while grasping the device with both hands.
  • Move your wrists on both hands as far as you can and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

BEHIND-BACK GRIP

  • Adjust the knob at the top of the Revolution 2.0 to the desired resistance.
  • Lock your elbows and reach behind your body while grasping the device with both hands.
  • Move your wrists on both hands as far as you can and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.

FOREARM ROTATIONS

  • Adjust the knob at the top of the Revolution 2.0 to the desired resistance.
  • Bend both arms while grasping the device with both hands. 
  • Position the bottom hand like you’d grasp a door knob.
  • While holding the device steady, rotate the bottom hand as far as you can and repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
