USA: Within 30 days of purchase, if you are not absolutely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, let us know by contacting customerservice@sportgrips.com to initiate either a refund or product exchange. Purchases made within the last 30 days will receive a full refund (or exchange) with shipping costs covered, no questions asked, provided the product is in its original condition.
Outside of USA: Purchasers outside of the United States are still afforded lifetime protection against manufacturing defects which Grasp The Grip, LLC will replace damaged products, but for refunds within 30 days that do not have manufacturing defects, the purchaser will cover return shipping costs.

Warranty Information:
We’re confident in the quality of our products and guarantee them under a warranty that starts the day you order them. This product is warrantied for a lifetime against manufacturing defects by Grasp The Grip, LLC. This warranty guarantees that all products are free from manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser. Defects can be reported at any time within the product’s lifetime. If you discover a defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the item, free of charge. Grasp The Grip, LLC and its distributors assume no responsibility for injuries from improper use, abuse, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Terms
- This warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.
- Coverage is limited to manufacturing defects and does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modifications, or improper storage.
- Due to the anodizing process, there may be some small machination markings from the tooling process. These do not impact the product function or longevity and are commonly associated with use of anodized aluminum manufacturing and the assembly process and are not covered by warranty.
- Proof of purchase is required to validate warranty claims.
For claims exceeding 30 days from the purchase date, Grasp the Grip, LLC will provide a paid shipping label for repair or replacement of the product. Prior to processing please contact us by emailing customerservice@sportgrips.com to initiate a claim process. Please include photographs of the product and a description of the manufacturing defect.
Grasp The Grip, LLC offers no other warranty, express or implied.
Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your state.
NOTE: Purchases from unauthorized dealers/distributors void this warranty, including returns, exchanges and warranty.
