The Revolution 2.0 is compact andeasy to transport, weighing around 2 pounds (10.5″L x 1.5″W). It can fit easily into a gym bag and can be used at home, in the gym, in the office, or while traveling.

Over time, the device may get a little noisy, but this is easy to fix with a bit of oiling. Heavy users usually do this about once a year, while others may go much longer. To quiet the noise, apply a few drops of clean oil—such as 3-in-1 oil or even car oil—into one key spot. The type of oil isn’t critical, as long as it’s clean.

Look down into the center of the unit, where you’ll see red and white material. Apply 4-5 spaced-out drops of oil into this area. Stand the unit upright on its end for a few hours with no tension to let the oil penetrate. Afterward, turn the device multiple times to work the oil in. This should resolve most issues.
