Refund policy
You may return your product for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date for any reason in the United States and its territories. There may be a restocking fee of $50 for international orders on refunds/exchanges that will be assessed on a case by case basis. Returns made after 30 days are not eligible for a monetary refund under any circumstances.

The REVOLUTION 2.0 by SportGrips is backed by a Limited Lifetime
Warranty covering manufacturing defects for the life of the product.
✅ What's Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use, including:
- Handles that no longer rotate properly
- Excessive skipping of resistance during twisting
- Persistent squeaking not resolved with lubrication (see our FAQ)
If your device experiences one of these issues, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
🚫 What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Misuse or abuse (e.g., twisting the knob too far counter-clockwise)
- Cosmetic damage or fading
- Unauthorized modifications or disassembly
- Damage from improper use or storage
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

To start a claim:

- Include a brief description of the issue
- Attach photos or a short video of the problem
- Provide your order number or proof of purchase
